Buick, GMC Top J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Ratings

Buick and GMC take number one and number two spots (respectively) on J.D. Power’s 2019 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study; among mass market brands.

The J.D. Power SSI study is a comprehensive analysis of the new-vehicle purchase experience and measures satisfaction with the sales experience among new-vehicle buyers and rejecters (those who shop a dealership and purchase elsewhere). The study measures buyer satisfaction based on six factors: dealer personnel, delivery process, working out the deal, paperwork completion, dealership facility and dealership website.

Buick is no stranger to the number one spot on the SSI Study. In fact, this is the third time in four years that Buick has ranked highest. Being ranked highest on the Sales Satisfaction Index demonstrates Buick and GMC dealers’ commitment to providing the best level of customer service, in the automotive industry.
