I just wanted to say a quick hello and most importantly-THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!  We love our brand new 2007 G6 even more than we thought we would.
You found us  exactly what we  wanted(AND OVER THE PHONE), you even got it perfect down to the color of the interior that is perfect for a 6 and 10 year old.  It is definitely roomy and comfortable, drives better than a Toyota Celica GT I had when I was first married 12 years ago(it was new also).  You had a choice in colors, and you listened to what we liked and chose one for us that you thought we would like.  We never really owned anything but black, silver, or gold.  You were right, we love the color also.  You and I talked a few times on the phone, then you said "got you ready to go". Did you ever.  One trip to tulsa with our 2 kids, perfectly organized and speedy transaction(even with our trade-in), and Mr. Phillips in finance was so great(he made the least fun part of buying a new car very relaxed and super quick).  Thank you again.  No one should waste time in Joplin, Mo. or Miami, OK., when  they can drive to Tulsa , Ok and enjoy the car buying process, not to mention save extreme amounts of money on the exact same model and make we priced in Joplin.  FERGUSON IS THE BEST ALL AROUND!  We will pass the word to anyone and everyone.  Thank you Ferguson Internet Team!!- You got the whole thing accomplished over the phone.  You ROCK!!!

To Whom it May Concern:

My Wife and I just wanted to make sure the following feedback is provided to you and we would appreciate it if you would share it with the Ferguson Dealership Service Center.

My wife and I had purchased a Chevy van with a Regency conversion package from Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson, TX.  This vehicle replaced our previous Chevy van that had a Show Coach conversion package.  We had found that the dealerships frequently say there is no problem having your van serviced at any GM dealership service center.  Later, when you need it you learn the frustrating lesson of conversion package versus manufacturer supply causing all types of excuses on why service can not be provided on your vehicle; a real problem for those that experience frequent company relocations.

Ferguson is the exception to the rule!  These folks have been fantastic and have made what used to be a frustrating deterrent from ever purchasing another GM van, to a very pleasant, reliable and consistent top notch service experience.  My wife and I encourage you to award this service department for their high quality  service, consistent first class customer service, ther diligence in resolving a technical problem with the packager or manufacturer, their friendliness, and their dependability.  We highly recommend the parts and service departments at Ferguson in Broken Arrow, OK and in our opinion your ratings do not go high enough to rank them where their deserving to be.

Further, we would add the Service Consultant Sherman is just a wonderful represenative.  My wife always wants to see Sherman to take care of any issue she has.   He has been the front person that has made all the difference in the world and has made Ferguson a service center that we would no hesitate to recommend to others.  Our hats go off to Sherman and the crew at the Ferguson Service and Parts Center.

Dear Ferguson Pontiac,

I want to thank you so much for the kindness your men showed me last Saturday evening when my car overheated and I pulled into your dealership. I talked to one of your managers and I told him I was on my way to the airport to pick up my granddaughter and he was so kind, he said they would let me use a car to get to the airport!  One of your salespeople got me a car to drive and told me that I could even use it to drive home to McAlester in while my car was being repaired.  I have never been treated so kindly.

As it turned our, while they were working on my car, the radiator was blown and the head gasket as well-it was a very upsetting time and your men  made it a lot easier to handle!  I have been a widow for over 8 years and never had to deal with a problem as major as this, I drove back up Weds morning and was met at the door my one of your salesmen-I told him I had looked at the cars you had on www.fergusondeal.com and was interested in one of the 2003 Malibus, he brought the one I wanted around and I made up my mind this was the one for me!

Your finance manager,  was so nice also.  I am very pleased with my new car.  I had already decided to purchase a car from your dealership, little did I realize that it would be so soon!  We do not get the respect and kindness here in McAlester and most people go out of town to purchase a new car.  I will highly recommend you to anyone here that is in the markent for a new car.  I want to thank you again for all you did for me.  God Bless everyone of you!  You made a very unpleasurable event pleasureable!  You should really be proud of your men!  No dealership in McAlester would have given me a brand new car to drive when I really needed it...Please thank each of these men for me.

My name is B.M. from Broken Arrow.  I volunteer for the Broken Arrow Police department for Divert.  (Domestic Volunteer Emergency Respond Team).

As Broken Arrow grows so does domestic violence.  There are more abused children and because of busy people like you who came up with Fergie Bear to help us help others that would be without food, and gifts for their little ones and ever our grown ups are little ones to someone.  As a parent, a woman, and a friend of Jesus, I want to thank you for the work, the time and for sure the money you have in giving Fergie Bear the way to love when we need love most.

This is the saddest time of the year for the abused, the homeless and the men and women who cannot give to their loved ones. You are more than a Fergie Bear, you are an  angel of God.
